If you purchase our SHIPPING PROTECTION

We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out a replacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete theirinvestigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claimand work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with theirinvestigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.

If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Protection

We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in house investigation. Werequire 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concernedabout theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a businessor other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.
